Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Dining Requirement:
We do not accept table bookings for drinks only. All reservations must include the intention to dine from our food menu.

2. Room Access:
We reserve the right to allocate and reassign tables or areas within the venue as needed. While we aim to honor specific table requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

3. Minimum Spend:
To secure a table reservation, guests are required to order food from our menu. Our team reserves the right to enforce a minimum food order requirement where applicable.

4. Reservation Purpose:
Our table booking service is designed to ensure a full dining experience for our guests. Walk-ins for drinks at the bar (if available) are welcome, subject to space and availability.

5. Booking Cancellations:
If a reservation is made under false pretenses (e.g., for drinks only), we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

6. Child Policy
On Fridays and Saturdays, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6 after 5:00 pm.

7. Pushchair/Pram Policy
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs or prams on Fridays and Saturdays. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

8. Service Charge
For groups of 12 or more, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill.

9. Corkage Fee
Customers who choose to bring and consume their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on our premises will be charged a corkage fee of £25 per bottle. This fee covers the service, provision of glassware, and the right to consume outside beverages within the restaurant.

– Applicability: This fee applies to any drink brought in and opened on site, regardless of its size or content.
– Exemptions: The corkage fee does not apply to unopened beverages that remain unopened while on the premises.
– Policy Enforcement: The corkage fee will be added to your final bill.

10. Cake Cutting Fee
Guests who wish to bring personal cakes or desserts for consumption on-site will be charged a £10 cake cutting fee. This fee covers the service of cutting, plating, and serving the cake or dessert.

– Applicability: This fee applies to any cake or dessert that is cut and consumed within the restaurant premises.
– Portioning: The fee covers the service regardless of the number of servings or cake size.
– Policy Enforcement: The cake cutting fee will be added to your final bill.

11. General Policies
– Notification: We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring your own drinks or desserts.
– Payment: Fees will be applied automatically to your bill during your visit.
– No Exceptions: These fees are non-negotiable and apply to all customers who choose to bring external items as described above.

12. Photography and Videography Consent
By making a reservation and/or dining at our restaurant, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may take place on the premises. These images and videos may feature guests and may be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. By entering the restaurant, you consent to the possibility of your image being captured and used as described. If you have any concerns or prefer not to be included, please inform a member of our staff upon arrival.
