Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable festive dining experience, please take note of the following terms and conditions for all Christmas Day bookings:
1. Bookings & Deposits
- All Christmas Day bookings must be made over the phone.
- A £10 deposit per person is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers.
2. Pre-Orders
- As we are offering a special Christmas set menu, all guests are required to pre-order their food.
- Completed pre-orders must be received no later than 72 hours prior to Christmas Day.
- Failure to provide your pre-order on time may result in limited menu availability or cancellation of your booking.
3. Final Numbers & Payments
- Final numbers must be confirmed at the time of submitting your pre-order.
- The remaining balance (less deposit) will be payable on the day of your booking.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date will forfeit the deposit.
- We will do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes, but these cannot be guaranteed.
5. General
- All Christmas menu bookings are subject to availability.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when placing your pre-order.
